Home hunters across the south will get the chance to see behind the scenes of several luxury bungalow developments next weekend.

RoyaleLife, the country’s leader in bungalow living, is opening the gates to five of its developments on January 19 and 20, giving people the unique opportunity to see inside and explore its show homes.

The events will be held at:

Wickham Court, North Boarhunt, Hampshire

Solent Grange, Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire

Oakwood Court, near Bordon, Hampshire

Regency Court, Newton Abbott, Devon

Reculver Court, Herne Bay, Kent

All five offer gated living with a thriving community atmosphere in some of the best locations in the country. The two and three bedroom luxury detached bungalows come complete with bespoke fixtures and fittings and furniture that can be hand-picked by residents. Providing round the clock customer care, there is an emergency contact on site 24 hours a day as well as an on-site office that is open seven days a week.

Crikey. This looks nice.

At the VIP viewing events, held between 10am and 5pm, visitors will be able to get guided tours of the development and its range of show bungalows. They’ll also be able to get one-to-one advice and information on how they can get full market value for their existing home when they buy a RoyaleLife bungalow through the company’s home exchange scheme.

Experts will be on hand to provide information on the scheme and how it can guarantee a fee-free move with no stamp duty, agent fees or solicitor fees.

Mark Docherty from RoyaleLife said: “We’re excited to welcome people to our developments across the south, which are proving popular with buyers. Our VIP event will provide the perfect opportunity to take a look around and get a real glimpse of what it’s like living in one of our secure gated communities.”
